We will be playing the excellent Call of Cthulhu RPG scenario “An Amaranthine Desire”, in which the investigators take on personas from the English port town of Dunwich, during the late 1800 gaslight era. The namesake of the more famous small town in New England.

This scenario is great for first time players as well as those with more Mythos experience. Like most Call of Cthulhu scenarios, combat takes a backseat to the mystery, investigation, and role playing.

This will be a fun one - typical play time is about 3 to 4 hours.

Your presenter is Jeff Evertt.
Suggested age range is Teen 13+.
No experience required; will teach rules to new players.
Maximum number of players is 5.

I've been playing and running RPGs since the 80s. Looking forward to running some fun games of Cthulhu at OrcaCon!
